Andreas Maercker, Prof. Dr. Dr.

Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Maercker is the Co-Principal Investigator on this study ‘Health and Resilience Following Stress or Adversity’. He is the Chair of the Division of Psychopathology and Clinical Intervention, at the University of Zürich, Switzerland. His principal areas of interest include: Trauma and stress-related disorders: Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Prolonged Grief Disorder, Adjustment Disorder; mental health disorders in older adults; electronic mental health interventions; and cultural clinical psychology.


Myriam Thoma, Dr. 

Dr. Myriam Thoma is the Co-Principal Investigator on this study ‘Health and Resilience Following Stress or Adversity’. She is the Senior Research and Teaching Associate in the Division of Psychopathology and Clinical Intervention, at the University of Zürich, Switzerland. She is also co-head of the research group ‘Resilience’ within the University Research Priority Program (URPP) Dynamics of Healthy Aging.
